One fall in the late sixties, the JanSport team heard that students were using the brand’s small cross country daypacks to cross campus instead. Great back pack even at a high price. It is well worth it. It is durable, sturdy and can handle wear and tear. The handle collapses easily, the handle is sturdy, the fabric is heavy, it is great back pack. My daughter loves it and it has lasted for one school year so far…I think it will last 3 years if she does not outgrow the style.
