Suisse Sport Wyoming Tent CustomerReview

Just came back from our first camping trip this weekend with the kids. While the instructions are not great, if you have ever put up a tent before it should not be too much of an exercise. Wife and I put it together in about 25 minutes or less.br /br /Very roomy inside and accommodated two queen mattresses and we had an area left over for storing clothes and supplies. A sub-six foot adult can stand straight up in the center. Note that the shape of this tent is more similar to a crescent then a rectangle.br /br /Has some pockets inside and fabric dividers if you choose to separate spaces. I liked the built-in shoe area where you can store dirty footwear outside of the tent and access them from either inside or outside. Had no rain, so cannot speak to it’s water tightness.

Coleman SunDome 9- by 7- Foot Four- Person Dome Tent (Orange/Grey) Specifications

Roomy enough for a comfortable camping adventure with friends and family, this Coleman Sundome tent sleeps up to four people at a time in complete comfort. The Sundome is outfitted with Coleman’s exclusive WeatherTec system, a series of technical features intended to protect you from inclement weather and nasty storms. WeatherTec tents are built with a coated polyester fabric combined with anti-wicking thread, webbing, and zippers, all designed to keep you dry when the rain comes down. The tent’s welded waterproof floor and inverted floor seams, meanwhile, dramatically increase the water resistance by hiding the needle holes inside the tent and away from the elements. And in addition to offering fully taped rainfly seams, the included rainfly covers the doors and windows tightly and incorporates easy-to-use Velcro frame attachments. In fact, Coleman is so confident in its WeatherTec system that it exposes its WeatherTec tents to a rain room that simulates nasty downpours, and to a wind machine capable of blowing hurricane force gusts. The results? Even after the tests, Coleman guarantees its WeatherTec tents will keep you dry. p The Sundome’s interior is generously sized, with a base that measures 9 feet by 7 feet and a center height of 59 inches. In addition, the tent is engineered to keep you cool thanks to the adjustable Variflo ventilation and vented Cool-Air port. Best of all for travel-weary campers, the Sundome sets up quickly, with two shock-corded steel poles, continuous pole sleeves, a pin-and-ring design, and InstaClip attachments. The tent even comes with easy-to-follow instructions sewn into the durable carrying bag. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a “no light, no pay” clause–a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked–and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark. p In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company’s current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won’t deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.

Coleman SunDome 9- by 7- Foot Four- Person Dome Tent (Orange/Grey) CustomerReview

This is my very first tent for my second camping trip ever. I bought this tent for a 2 night camping trip I am going on in a couple days with some friends, and I am a city girl to the core. I bought it for my boyfriend (6 foot 5 inches tall) and I (5 foot 5 inches) to sleep in. I initally was going to buy the 3 person one for the two of us, but thought with his hight and all the stuff I will end up bringing I should go with the 4 person for the two of us. I feel like it may be a little too big… but at least maybe then it will last for many camping trips, even after I get a dog.br /br /So, when it arrived today the first thing I wanted to do was set it up – so I did exactly that, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do it all by myself in less then a half hour (having never set up a tent before). br /br /I loved how easy set up was, as someone else noted I love that the instructions are sewed into the bag. I also like that when I stuffed it back into the bag, I did it with very little difficulty. It also packs up pretty small. I also like the zip windows and the two pockets on the walls to hold things like my lip gloss and cell phone within reach. :) br /br /I think so far the only thing I don’t like is that the tent itself isn’t completely covered – you must put the rain cover on top to get your privacy, and at the same time anyone could really just stick there head up underneath it to look in… and since I am going with a bunch of friends, I would kind of like to have a bit more privacy for my boyfriend!

Here are a few things to keep in mind: pstrongfont color=CC6600Expect the Worst/font/strongbr In general, it’s wise to choose a tent that’s designed to withstand the worst possible conditions you think you’ll face. For instance, if you’re a summer car camper in a region where weather is predictable, an inexpensive family or all-purpose tent will likely do the trick–especially if a vehicle is nearby and you can make a mad dash for safety when bad weather swoops in. If you’re a backpacker, alpine climber, or bike explorer, or if you like to car camp in all seasons, you’ll want to buy something designed to handle more adversity. pstrongfont color=CC6600Three- and Four-Season Tents/font/strongbr For summer, early fall, and late spring outings, choose a three-season tent. At minimum, a quality three-season tent will have lightweight aluminum poles, a reinforced floor, durable stitching, and a quality rain fly. Some three-season tents offer more open-air netting and are specifically designed for summer backpacking or other activities. Many premium tents will also feature pre-sealed, taped seams and a silicone-impregnated rain fly for enhanced waterproofing. p For winter camping or alpine travel, go with a four-season model. Because they typically feature more durable fabric coatings, as well as more poles, four-season tents are designed to handle heavy snowfall and high winds without collapsing. Of course, four-season tents exact a weight penalty of about 10 to 20 percent in trade for their strength and durability. They also tend to be more expensive. pstrongfont color=CC6600Domes and Tunnels/font/strongbr Tents are broadly categorized into two types: freestanding, which can stand up on their own, and tents that must be staked down in order to stand upright. Freestanding tents often incorporate a dome-shaped design, and most four-season tents are constructed this way because a dome leaves no flat spots on the outer surface where snow can collect. Domes are also inherently stronger than any other design. Meanwhile, many three-season models employ a modified dome configuration called a tunnel. These are still freestanding, but they require fewer poles than a dome, use less fabric, and typically have a rectangular floorplan that offers less storage space than a dome configuration. Many one and two-person tents are not freestanding, but they make up for it by being lighter. Because they use fewer poles, they can also be quicker to set up than a dome. pstrongfont color=CC6600Size Matters/font/strongbr Ask yourself how many people you’d like to fit in your fabric hotel now and in the future. For soloists and minimalists, check out one-person tents. If you’re a mega-minimalist, or if you have your eye on doing some big wall climbs, a waterproof-breathable bivy sack is the ticket. Some bivy sacks feature poles and stake points to give you a little more breathing room. Also, if you don’t need bug protection and you want to save weight, check out open-air shelters. p Families who plan on car camping in good weather can choose from a wide range of jumbo-sized tents that will accommodate all your little ones with room to spare. A wide range of capacities is available for three- and four-season backpacking and expedition tents. Remember, though, the bigger the tent you buy, the heavier it will be, although it’s easy to break up the tent components among several people in your group. It’s also helpful to compare the volume and floor-space measurements of models you’re considering.p

Wenzel Ridgeline 7 X 7-Feet Three-Person Dome Tent (Blue/LightGrey/Red) CustomerReview

This tent is perfect for couples, a snuggle tent with adverage size couples. If your tall skip this tent. I’m 5′6 and most comfortable fit for me and my gear is on the diagonal as to not worry about touching the sides when it rains. Love the design, large screen vents on top, opposite the window door screens for great cross ventalation on a clear dry night. Door is a good size for entry/exit. Rain fly easy to set up and longer than others at this price. Also an attached small mesh storage bag attached to the back wall to the right of the window as well as an extra loft storage net you can attach or not. Tent went up quickly and came down just as fast. This is a very light weight designed tent, would recommend tent pole repair kits. Mine arrived with some minor screen damage no big deal. I’ts kinda a pain in the butt to re pack, but with practice/use it gets easier. Tent stakes are small alumnium pin type, standard. would buy a stronger set for the weekend camper will last longer. The tub floor is a great feature, a small tarp under it and a heavy blanket inside on floor works great to reduce moist/damp feel adds a little comfort as well. Tent is awkward as a backpacking tent at 23″L x 6″ H x 6″W, you can repack to a smaller width and put into a compression sack, if you remove combine poles stakes in pole bag and keep seperate. This tent is perfect for kids, 3 adverage size at max. Would have like to see zipper pulls on inside of tent but at this price you can afford 1 pack at local store. Also a key finder works great to find your tent in the woods after a hike or in the dark. Overall a smart purchase!

Nice little tent if you are under six feet. Easy to set up. Not good if you are expecting a rain storm. It has a screen at the very top with a cover flap over it for a vent. On a heavy dew night moisture found it’s way inside. Would have given it five stars if not for that. All-in-all it was an inexpensive way to give a child independence from parents.

Wenzel Twin Peaks Sport Dome Tent, Red/Black CustomerReview

I’m a geology professor and there have been times when I’ve had need for a tent for use in my travels. For example, one year I had a sabbatical leave to gather information on the National Parks and Monuments of the western states. I always stayed in the campgrounds, never in the lodges. I got around to 61 National Parks and Monuments that year (late 80s) and have visited many more sites since that time. Plus, I got to liking camping so much that living in a tent was far preferable to staying in a hotel/motel whenever I traveled anywhere.br /br /As such, I had need for a tent. It didn’t need to be very big or elegant and I chose a Wenzel Twin Peaks Model. It looked very much like the model illustrated here, except that mine was a uniform military-green color. The tent only cost about the same as listed here. I found it at the local Target store. Well, that little tent was amazing! Setting it up, or taking it down, only took a few minutes. It was small and had few extras. The construction was simple and rather crudely done. Let me add that it was totally sufficient! On at least 90% of my uses, I was as a single person, but it was well suited for two.br /br /That little tent went everywhere from the Texas Border to the Canadian Border and from North Dakota/South Dakota/Nebraska on the east to the Pacific Coast. It experienced wind storms, rain storms and even a couple good snow storms. I had no problem under any of those conditions. About the only complaint I had was that it leaked slightly at the sewed seams during heavy prolonged rains.br /br /I used the Wenzel Tent regularly for about 15 years. It was just a wonderful little tent. Finally, the door zipper gave out and, I might add that the whole tent was looking somewhat tattered. Next, I bought a larger Coleman four-person dome tent and really liked it in that I could stand up in it. It made it through several dramatic rain/lightning/wind storms. I was amazed at how well these domes could hold up. I got good service out of it for about three years and the sun finally destroyed the fabric. After that, I bought a second large Coleman and used it for a couple years until one of the elastics within the fiberglass poles snapped rendering the tent useless. All in all, of these three tents I’ve owned on a long-term basis, I’d judge the Wenzel to be the best tent, even though it was small, featureless and crudely made. And it was by far the cheapest. I just bring this up because I recently purchased a three-person Kelty tent and it brought up fond remembrances of my old Wenzel. I hope these new ones are as good as the one I purchased all those years ago. If so, you should be very satisfied.br /br /Gary Peterson

Swiss Gear Montreaux Ten Person Family Dome Tent (Sage/Light Grey/Orange) CustomerReview

Easy to set up and take down. Strong zippers. Lots of room. Half hour to set up, maybe less. We fit two queen air mattresses in the two back coves. They fit, but touched the walls. We camped for two weeks and it was very dry, so that wasn’t a problem. I did have to use a tent sealer, we had a tiny bit of water come in the back, directly across from the front door. We sealed it (and the rest of the tent) never had a problem again. It rained twice, but not hard. We had an extra tarp over most of the tent attached to trees. We put a twin size air mattress in the front on the right. It was a tight fit. The only problem is that people step on it as they come in and out of the tent. On the left would have been better, but that is where the outlet opening is located and we did not want to run the extension cord running across the front door. I think next year we will switch and try running the extension cord over to the right side. My husband is 6′2″ and he was very happy with the height of the tent. Don’t forget to buy a tarp for under the tent (all tents need a under tarp.) I know from stories told, that the zippers on the door is usually the first thing to give you trouble, so if you have kids or camp a lot you might want more then one door. This tent only has one door. We had NO trouble in the two weeks, but I can see now how much that zipper gets used. For 9 I don’t think you can get two doors on a tent this size, without compromising something else.

Bring the family to the campsite and still have room to spare with the Columbia Bugaboo II dome tent. The Bugaboo II–which sleeps up to five people–is equipped with both a Cyclone venting system and a GoBe Dry rain protection system. The Cyclone system greatly increases the air circulation within the tent, helping you stay cool on warmer days or dry out after a nasty rainstorm. The GoBe Dry system, meanwhile, includes taped seams and an elevated floor to keep the pounding rain outside.p The Bugaboo II also includes plenty of room for storage, with two footlockers, four pocket organizers, a gear loft for packs or valuables, and even multiple cupholders for coffee, soft drinks, or beer bottles. Other details include color-coded fiberglass poles and sleeves for easy setup, a polyester taffeta body and rainfly, and reflective zipper pulls. Columbia’s extensive product line includes a wide variety of outerwear, sportswear, rugged footwear and accessories. Columbia specializes in developing innovative products that are functional yet stylish and offer great value. Eighty-year-old matriarch Gert Boyle, chairman of the board, and her son, Tim Boyle, president and CEO, lead the company. p Columbia’s history starts with Gert’s parents, Paul and Marie Lamfrom, when they fled Germany in 1937. They bought a small hat distributorship in Portland, Oregon, and named it Columbia Hat Company, after the river bordering the city. Soon frustrated by poor deliveries from suppliers, the Lamfroms decided to start manufacturing products themselves. In 1948, Gert married college sweetheart Neal Boyle, who joined the family business and later took the helm of the growing company. When Neal suddenly died of a heart attack in 1970, Gert enlisted help from Tim, then a college senior. After that it wasn’t long before business really started to take off. Columbia was one of the first companies to make jackets from waterproof/breathable fabric. The company introduced the breakthrough technology called the Columbia Interchange System, in which a shell and liner combine for multiple wearing options. In the early 1980s, then-60-year-old Gert began her role as “Mother Boyle” in Columbia’s successful and popular advertising campaign. p The company went public in 1998 and moved into a new era as a world leader in the active outdoor apparel industry. Today, Columbia Sportswear employs more than 1,800 people around the world and distributes and sells products in more than 50 countries and to more than 12,000 retailers internationally. ppstrongfont color=CC6600BIGAmazon.com Tent Guide/BIG/font/strongpstrongfont color=CC6600Selecting a Tent/font/strongbr Fortunately, there are all kinds of tents for weekend car campers, Everest expeditions, and everything in-between. Here are a few things to keep in mind: pstrongfont color=CC6600Expect the Worst/font/strongbr In general, it’s wise to choose a tent that’s designed to withstand the worst possible conditions you think you’ll face. For instance, if you’re a summer car camper in a region where weather is predictable, an inexpensive family or all purpose tent will likely do the trick–especially if a vehicle is nearby and you can make a mad dash for safety when bad weather swoops in! If you’re a backpacker, alpine climber or bike explorer, or if you like to car camp in all seasons, you’ll want to take something designed to handle more adversity. pstrongfont color=CC6600Three- and Four-Season Tents/font/strongbr For summer, early fall and late spring outings, choose a three-season tent. At minimum, a quality three-season tent will have lightweight aluminum poles, a reinforced floor, durable stitching, and a quality rain-fly. Some three-season tents offer more open-air netting and are more specifically designed for summer backpacking and other activities. Many premium tents will feature pre-sealed, taped seams and a silicone-impregnated rain-fly for enhanced waterproofness. p For winter camping or alpine travel, go with a four-season model. Because they typically feature more durable fabric coatings, as well as more poles, four-season tents are designed to handle heavy snowfall and high winds without collapsing. Of course, four-season tents exact a weight penalty of about 10 to 20 percent in trade for their strength and durability. They also tend to be more expensive. pstrongfont color=CC6600Domes and Tunnels/font/strongbr Tents are broadly categorized into two types, freestanding, which can stand up on their own, and those that must be staked down in order to stand upright. These are still freestanding, but they require fewer poles than a dome, use less fabric, and typically have a rectangular floor plan that offers less storage space than a dome configuration. Many one and two-person tents are not freestanding, but they make up for it by being more lightweight. A wide range of capacities is also available for three- and four-season backpacking and expedition tents. Remember, though, the bigger the tent you buy, the heavier it will be, although it’s easy to break up the tent components among several people in your group. It’s also helpful to compare the volume and floor-space measurements of models you’re considering.p

Columbia Bugaboo II Geo Dome Tent with Foot Lockers CustomerReview

First off, I’m and Eagle Scout and have been camping all of my life. Now that I’m 50+ I just got tired of laying down in my North Face backpacking tent to put on my clothes. After extensive research I ordered this tent from Amazon. This tent fits that bill perfectly.br /br /I ordered this tent for an upcoming 10 day trip to Kerr Lake with my son. It arrived in great shape and we immediately went to setting it up in the yard to check things out. Easy to set up by myself the first time. Definitely get better stakes. I went to Home Depot and got landscaping spikes as the pads at Kerr Lake are all gravel and you need something to get down through it. No, there’s not a footprint, but a tarp from Walmart fixed that. Some people complained about the material for the floor being the same as the sides, well it is, but it’s heavier and the classic bathtub design. With a good tarp, it’s not a problem and actually stops the noise from the poly type bottoms when walking around.br /br /We arrived at the lake and my son and I had the tent set up and staked solid in about 20 minutes. I will say that the front gear vestibules are a tight stretch when staking, so be prepared. We had cut some short boards to set up cots inside to protect the floor and added a small rag rug inside and a mat outside to keep dirt out. We didn’t use the dividers for the gear vestibules, nor the outside mat, nor the inside gear loft. There were plenty of pockets for pocket stuff, glasses, ipods, etc., everywhere. When properly staked, the tent breathes wonderfully. The next day, my son spent about 5 hours inside the tent during a rain event and was totally comfortable. Regarding rain, I checked the seams well before we packed it up from our initial set up. The seams were taped wonderfully on the fly and bottom, so no leaks were evident. It does come with a bottle of seam sealer that I’ll probably use yearly though. br /br /We found that the gear vestibules were actually pretty nice. They work well for parking shoes and access to quick items like headlights, etc. During the 10 day trip we endured all types of weather. Mostly wind (40 kts.), some rain, and lots of heat. During this time, we didn’t have any issues with the zippers at all. It is generally a 2 handed process, but they work and held up well. Ours never glowed though, our site was pretty shady. We did go get some tent fans, mid-week, but only used them sparingly as the breeze was generally good to stiff at night.br /br /Regarding the poles, yes it would be nice if they were aluminum with no sleeves to deal with, but for the price they performed well and didn’t seem to have a memory after the 10 day trip. Packing up was easy, and it fit into the bag, with the added tarp footprint without expanding the bag. I did buy a separate tool bag for the landscape spikes and the hammer.br /br /All in all I give this tent 5 stars. It’s big, dry, and well ventilated. it has lots of storage and seems to be pretty good quality. For the price, I’d certainly recommend this product to anyone for car camping/family camping.br /br /It is too heavy to be considered a backpacking tent. Not sure how it will do in the cold for hunting, but in 100+ temps, it performed well. I will update on our first cold weather trip.

Then known as the Eureka Tent Awning Company, its first wares were canvas products–most notably, Conestoga wagon covers and horse blankets for nineteenth century American frontiersmen–as well as American flags, store awnings, and camping tents.p The company increased production of its custom canvas products locally throughout the 1930s and during the 1940 and even fabricated and erected the IBM “tent cities” just outside Binghamton. The seven acres of tents housed thousands of IBM salesmen during the company’s annual stockholders meeting, which had since outgrown its previous locale. In the 1940s, with the advent of World War II and the increased demand for hospital ward tents, Eureka expanded operations and began shipping tents worldwide. Ultimately, upon the post-war return of the GIs and the resultant housing shortage, Eureka turned its attention to the home front during the 1950s by supplying awnings for the multitude of mobile homes that were purchased.p In 1960, Eureka’s new and innovative Draw-Tite tent, with its practical, free standing external frame, was used in a Himalayan Expedition to Nepal by world renowned Sir Edmund Hillary, the first person documented to summit Mt. Everest only six years earlier. In 1963, Eureka made history during its own Mt. Everest ascent, with more than 60 of its tents sheltering participants from fierce 60+ mph winds and temperatures reaching below -20°F during the first all American Mt. Everest Expedition.p For backpackers and families, Eureka introduced its legendary Timberline tent in the 1970s. Truly the first StormShield design, this completely self-supporting and lightweight backpacking tent became one of the most popular tents the entire industry with sales reaching over 1 million by its ten year anniversary.p Eureka tents have also traveled as part of several historic expeditions, including the American Women’s Himalayan Expedition to Annapurna I in 1978 and the first Mt. Everest ascents by a Canadian and American woman in 1986 and 1988. In recent history, tents specially designed and donated by Eureka sheltered Eric Simonson and his team on two historic research expeditions to Mount Everest, this time in a quest for truth regarding the 1924 attempted summit of early English explorers George Mallory and Andrew Irvine. During the 1999 expedition, the team made history finding the remains of George Mallory, but the complete mystery remained unsolved. Returning in 2001 to search for more clues, the team found amazing historical artifacts which are now on display at the Smithsonian.pstrongfont color=CC6600BIGAmazon.com Tent Guide/BIG/font/strongbrstrongfont color=CC6600Selecting a Tent/font/strongbr Fortunately, there are all kinds of tents for weekend car campers, Everest expeditions, and everything in-between. Eureka Adventure Apex 2FG 7-Foot by 5-Foot 2-Person Tent CustomerReview

I’ve had my Eureka Apex tent for over 3 years now. It’s been with my in the Rockies, Plains, North woods of Wisconsin, Ohio, backwoods of Kentucky and more places than I can remember. I’ve used it in all 3 seasons and in high wind, heavy rain and even a little snow. It’s kept me reliably safe and dry. br /br /There are several little design features that you don’t notice at first glance. I appreciate the design of the venting throughout the tent. Coleman sells fans to increase circulation. The Eureka tent is designed to allow airflow, while minimizing moisture.br /br /I’m tall. This is a 7′ tent, but because of the slope of the tent I always feel like I’m hitting one of the walls. More a design flaw with me than the tent.br /br /I’ve noticed a few reviews complain about moisture in the tent. I’ve never had *any* issues with water, but there are a few things I advise.br /br /1. Spray with seam sealer (as with any tent). I also sprayed mine with permethrin to keep the bugs away in the AM.br /2. If you’re expecting rain, position the tent to where you think the flaps will block the rain from blowing in. If you don’t know what direction that is, pull them in close.br /3. Obviously select where you setup your tent carefully. No tent will stay dry if it’s sitting in a puddle of water all night.br /br /This tent should last you for a long time. It’s really a wonderful little tent.

Because they use fewer poles, they can also be quicker to set up than a dome.pstrongfont color=CC6600Size Matters/font/strongbr Ask yourself how many people you’d like to fit in your fabric hotel now and in the future. For soloists and minimalists, check out one-person tents. If you’re a mega-minimalist, or if you have your eye on doing some big wall climbs, a waterproof-breathable bivy sack is the ticket. Some bivy sacks feature poles and stake points to give you a little more breathing room. Also, if you don’t need bug protection and you want to save weight, check out open-air shelters.p Families who plan on car camping in good weather can choose from a wide range of jumbo-sized tents that will accommodate all your little ones with room to spare.

Eureka Apex 2XT Adventure 7′ 5″ by 4′ 11″ Two-Person Tent CustomerReview

I researched almost all tents in my search for a new shelter. I was taking into consideration price, weight, weather capabilities and vestibule area. First of all i paid for this tent on amazon after the mail in rebate from eureka. The weight is a little over 5 lbs, alot of hardcore backpackers will scoff at the weight but between me and my fiance we can easily split the tent up for long trips. For short trips it doesnt bother me a bit to carry the whole tent. The only thing i would like to change is aluminum poles instead of fiberglass but to replace them with AL it is more expensive than what i paid for the tent. But none the less it is great for backpacking. With the very large vestibule area it is very roomy inside the tent being able to store my pack outside the tent but still stay dry. I also have used the vestibule area to cook during storms. I was able to boil my water for my dehydrated dinner and stayed dry and toasty inside the tent. The vent works very well and the tent also holds in the heat very well. The two pole structure is a very strong design. During an early spring snowstorm ( northern maine) it was in the mid 30’s and there was 6 inches of wet heavy snow on and around my tent. Me and my fiance and dog stayed warm and dry, we didnt even know it snowed until the next morning, brrrr…..All in all this the best value tent i have ever owned. I would recommend getting the floor saver because of the material of the floor is a very lightweight nylon the can rip if you are not careful.

Wenzel Starlight 2-Person Hiker/Biker Tent CustomerReview

Wenzel Starlight 2-Person Hiker/Biker Tentbr /br /I bought this tent for my son to take camping with him in the Eastern Kentucky Mountains. Every night there is a heavy dew fall, almost like rain. He loved the tent. The ease of setting it up, weight and rolled up size is the reason he chose this one. He’s a BIG guy, so it might not work for 2 people comfortably, but it serves its’ purpose. Make fure you set it up right, or it will drip water (if it rains), but other than that, it’s fantastic. We recommend it highly.
