The AirZooka is an air rifle in every sense of the word. Essentially a big, tapered cone, the AirZooka is a long-range weapon that is not only less-than-lethal, its less-than-painful. But still, it can be a shade over annoying if youre being pelted with big gusts of air all day and not knowing where theyre coming from! Although the fun can be unlimited if youre the sniping with the power of the zephyr!
To work the AirZooka simply gather your target in your sights, pull back on the elastic launcher as you would a bow and release. In a matter of seconds a 4 ½ liter vortex of air will come crashing into it. Mess up that pretty boys hair, send the anal-retentive coworkers papers scattering about the office or extinguish that putrid scented candle your wife lights up every night! We got the Airzooka Air Gun for a fun Christmas gift exchange. Luckily I had assembled it before the gift exchange because it’s a bit tricky. I had a little trouble getting the parts to line up and I kept imagining that it was going to be flimsy. Once together it is solid. The air gun was the hit of the gift exchange. We finally had to tell the kids to quit shooting us. Not because the puff of air is bad, but because it makes a pretty loud popping sound when you shoot it.br /br /The next morning we did some indoor range testing. We found that it can significantly ruffle the hair of someone 30 feet away! It feels like a ball of air has hit you. We couldn’t understand how the ball of air stays so stable after traveling 30 feet.br /br /The Airzooka Air Gun does exactly what is claimed for it.br /br /Good, fun product.

The AirZooka is a fun toy that ’shoots’ a ball of air around 15-20 feet. Its very lightweight, made of durable ABS plastic, and comes complete with pistol grip and a flip up aiming device. It’s not really easy for a kid to put together, but a teenager or adult should handle it with no problem! Once put together its a lot of fun! Although the range of the air bullets is advertised as 20 feet I’ve found the following to be true: It can move several sheets of paper off a desk if aimed correctly from up to 12 feet away, it will blow a lot of lightweight stuff off a table from about 6-7 feet away, it’ll totally move someone’s hairdo from 3-4 feet away, and it’ll get the draperies swaying from about 30 feet away. These are the upper range limits, obviously you’ll get lots more ‘bang’ for your buck if you fire within 1-3 feet! All in all, for the low price the AirZooka is a fun toy that’s relatively sturdy (only the inner plastic diaphram needs to be handled carefully) educational, and hard to put down!

I purchased one each for my niece and nephew. Almost ordered one for myself! I recalled when I was a child, something like this was out there I recall being amazed and in general having a fun time all around. Who can resist shooting the dog with a puff of air or even more nefarious escapades 
?!? Well, when I saw this, I decided that the younger generation should have some of the same fun, rather than just another video game (how in the world do you lovingly torment your pet with one of those??).br /Needless to say, the kids have had a BLAST (pun intended). Smiles all around!br /Issues include difficulty and frustration in assembly, large size (yes, I understand the reasons/physics for the size), and durability over the long haul.br /Still, when the snow is freshly fallen and you send a blast of air at a pile between yourself and your unsuspecting friend or family member–well what more needs to be said??!!
